A Surety Bond is a contract where the Surety (Guarantor) assures the Principal (Service Provider) on behalf of the Oblige (Project Owner). This study evaluates the effectiveness of surety bond management training for employees at PT. Jamkrida Makassar. The training methods included direct observation, workshops, and reflective exercises, aiming to enhance employees' understanding of premium values and the efficient issuance of surety bonds. Results demonstrated improved knowledge and competence among participants in managing and issuing surety bonds, as well as a better grasp of the associated responsibilities and risks. Additionally, the training facilitated the expansion of partnership networks with other financial and insurance institutions. These improvements are expected to enhance service effectiveness, increase customer trust and satisfaction, minimize risks, and boost operational efficiency. The training's success underscores the necessity for ongoing education and training in the insurance sector, highlighting how improved understanding of surety bonds can mitigate project risks and foster greater stability and trust in the construction industry and related fields. These findings imply that continuous employee training is crucial for maintaining competitiveness and ensuring the successful completion of projects secured by surety bonds.
